LMS Administrator & Accessibility Assistant

My role is assisting with the improvement of the accessibility of digital learning content hosted on the Skills Factory platform. I have a further interest in front-end and back-end web development and aim to improve said skills in the coding field.

I began my journey through the Project SEARCH Program, an intensive work experience program for adults with disabilities. Over a three-month placement at CMAC, I acquired technical skills that enabled full integration into the team. Upon completing my placement, I was offered a permanent role, where I now contribute to CMAC’s mission of advancing next-generation manufacturing technologies and capabilities through my LMS assistant role.
