CCDC Health Check
-
This course provides an overview of the Cambridge Crystallisation Data Centre (CCDC) Health Check for assessing physical form stability. In this course, we’ll look at the steps of the CCDC health check from loading the structure to conformational analysis, interaction analysis, and hydrogen bond analysis and crystal packing assessment. For each step, links are provided for the relevant CCDC training materials.
The course also applies key regulatory science concepts including the question of interest, context of use, model risk, and the credibility assessment of computational models according to the Digital CMC Regulatory Lifecycle framework.
