Section three: Reflecting on workplace cultures and environments. -

To understand current barriers around meaningful employment for people with a neurodevelopmental difference within the context of the manufacturing industry.
To develop and reflect on our understanding of autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in the context of the difference in thinking, communication and sensory experiences.
To reflect on why a positive, informed and supportive workplace culture and environment matters and how this can be reflected in everyday working practices. -
