Stage 4: Plan Data Collection

Based on the defined Question of Interest, Context of Use, and model risk, a data collection plan should be developed (ISO/IEC 5259). This should include identifying data required for model development, calibration, and validation, as well as defining expectations for data quality, relevance, and traceability.
