I am a PhD researcher within the University of Sheffield's “Particle Technology Group”, having joined CMAC in October 2025. My project is titled “Commercial-scale Modelling to Understand Process-induced Material Changes during Feeding and Blending”.
My research focuses on the modelling and analysis of powder behaviour in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically during feeding and blending. In the future, I hope to use computational modelling approaches, such as Discrete Element Method (DEM) and Population Balance Modelling (PBM), to study how feeding and blending processes alter powder properties.
I graduated from the University of Sheffield in July 2025 with an MEng in Chemical Engineering with Energy. I also gained industrial experience through a summer internship at Pfizer within the Drug Product Design department, where I investigated polymorph stability using literature and specialist software.
