Anojan is a PhD researcher for the CMAC CEDAR CDT, based at the University of Leeds. His project involves advanced characterisation of the internal structure and API distribution within lipid nanoparticles; integrating in-flow characterisation techniques to form a closed-feedback, automated continuous flow lipid nanoparticle synthesis platform.

After obtaining an MSci in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with a year in industry, from the University of Nottingham (Summer 2023), Anojan worked for multiple leading global CDMOs, developing formulations for various early-phase drug products to advance into clinical trials, before joining CMAC in October 2025.
