The Sustainable Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Programme, delivered by Innovate UK, will focus on innovation in sustainable medicines manufacturing to support global net zero commitments.
The programme will drive collaboration between organisations throughout the medicines manufacturing supply chain to stimulate innovation for sustainability improvements with the alignment to three core pillars:
Green chemistry
Circularity
Productivity and resource efficiency
As well as two critical enablers:
Regulation
Measurements, standards and data
They are running workshops across the UK to allow engagement with the Innovate UK team, to learn more and ask questions about the programme and network with potential collaborators.
