Mohammad is a Research Associate for the Made Smarter Innovation | Digital Medicines Manufacturing Research Centre (DM²) at the University of Strathclyde. His research focuses on the integration of optimisation algorithms and machine learning techniques to deliver smart, predictive solutions for a sustainable and cost-effective digital twin in continuous manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Before joining CMAC in 2022, Mohammad obtained his BSc (2015) in petroleum engineering from Sharif University of Technology, MSc (2018) in petroleum and natural gas engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and PhD (2022) in GeoEnergy engineering from Heriot-Watt University, where he contributed in several joint industry projects on the application of numerical optimization, machine learning, and predictive (surrogate) modeling in oil and gas industry.
