Daniel Powell

Research Associate

University of Strathclyde

Daniel is a research associate on Digital Design and Manufacture of Amorphous Pharmaceuticals Work Package 3. His research interests are in increasing the understanding of mechanisms and structural changes of drug release from amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) during dissolution and development of models for the prediction of in-vitro performance of ASDs.

Daniel joined CMAC in 2019 as a PhD researcher; studying crystal nucleation kinetics in pH-shift crystallisation systems using microfluidic devices.
